MP Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump
MP / MPH Series Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump adopts an advanced magnetic coupling transmission system. Torque is transferred from the driving magnet connected to the motor to the driven magnet connected to the impeller through a sealed isolation sleeve. The pump features a seal-less design, replacing traditional dynamic mechanical shaft seals with a static sealing structure. This effectively eliminates liquid leakage and ensures safe and reliable transportation of most chemical liquids. It is widely used for transferring corrosive, hazardous, and other chemical liquids in various industrial applications.

Configuration
Structure and package scope
- Pump Casing: Made of reinforced polypropylene (PP) or fluoroplastic materials, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
- Driving Magnet: Connected to the motor and responsible for transmitting rotational torque.
- Driven Magnet: Connected to the impeller and receives torque through magnetic coupling.
- Isolation Sleeve: Separates the driving and driven magnets, forming a sealed isolation structure.
- Impeller: Integrally molded with the magnetic rotor to improve structural strength and operational efficiency.
- Pump Shaft: Made of high-performance corrosion-resistant materials.
- Bearings: Available in high-alumina ceramic, silicon carbide (SiC), carbon, and other corrosion-resistant materials.
- Thrust Ring: Made of corrosion-resistant materials such as filled PTFE and other suitable materials.
