G Series Single Screw Pump

Single Screw Pump is a positive displacement pump based on the progressive cavity operating principle. Its main components consist of an eccentric screw rotor and a fixed elastomer stator. Due to their special geometric design, the rotor and stator form a series of sealed cavities that move continuously along the axial direction, delivering liquids smoothly and evenly. The pump features low internal flow velocity, stable pressure, and consistent flow without excessive turbulence or agitation. It is particularly suitable for transferring high-viscosity fluids, liquids containing solid particles, and fiber-containing media. The flow rate is directly proportional to the rotational speed, allowing flexible flow adjustment through different drive systems.

Configuration

Structure and package scope

  • - Rotor: An eccentric helical screw responsible for transferring liquid through continuous rotation.
  • - Stator: A fixed elastomer sleeve that forms sealed cavities with the rotor.
  • - Pump Casing: Houses the rotor and stator assembly and provides structural support.
  • - Drive Shaft: Transmits rotational power from the motor to the rotor.
  • - Coupling: Connects the drive system to the pump shaft.
  • - Mechanical Seal: Prevents liquid leakage around the rotating shaft.
  • - Motor: Provides the driving power for pump operation.
  • The pump can be driven directly through a coupling or operated with variable-speed motors, V-belt drives, or gearboxes to achieve different operating speeds.
